Service Agreement and Disclaimer

By completing this order, the Client agrees to the following terms:

Scope of Services

• For Basic and Standard Packages: The Client shall perform self-service installation of the Providara AI Concierge system on their Shopify store using the provided instructions and private install link.
• For Premium Package: The Provider shall install and configure the Providara AI Concierge system on the Client's Shopify store, including advanced customization and custom RAG knowledge base development.

Free Trial Period

After successful installation, the Client will receive a 7-day free trial during which the AI service will be fully active.

Payment and Service Continuity

If payment is not received within 7 days after installation, the service will be automatically paused or disabled. The Client must complete payment to restore and maintain full access.

One-Time Setup with Ongoing Access

This is a one-time setup service. Upon successful payment, the Client receives perpetual access to the installed system (subject to continued compliance with these terms). The Client will automatically receive future platform updates and optimizations at no additional cost.

Client Responsibilities

The Client is solely responsible for performing self-service installation (Basic & Standard), providing and maintaining their own AI API key, paying AI usage fees directly to the provider, and keeping the App Embed enabled.

Limitations of Liability

The Provider is not responsible for AI API costs, Shopify store performance, business revenue, or any indirect damages. The Provider's liability is limited to the amount paid for the setup service.

No Refunds

No refunds will be issued after the AI system has been installed and the 7-day trial period has begun.
