AI usage — your account, your bill
Providara connects to Together AI or Grok (xAI) using API keys you provide. Chat tokens are billed directly by your chosen provider. Providara's setup fee covers installation, configuration, and platform access — not inference costs.
7-day trial after installation
Once your concierge is installed and marked live, storefront chat runs fully active for seven days. Complete post-trial payment to maintain access. See our Service Agreement for full terms.
