Providara Service Terms (summary)

By creating an account, you agree to Providara’s Terms of Service, Service Agreement, Privacy Policy, and Refund Policy.

Providara AI Concierge is offered for ecommerce merchants via:

  • Custom Web — embed the AI concierge on your existing ecommerce website (primary)
  • Shopify — optional deployment path for Shopify stores
  • WooCommerce — optional deployment path for WooCommerce stores

You are responsible for:

  • Accurate account and store/site information
  • Completing onboarding for your chosen platform
  • Keeping your AI API key secure and paying AI provider usage fees when applicable
  • Lawful use of the concierge on your storefront

Setup fees and subscriptions are billed through Paddle (Merchant of Record). A 7-day trial may apply after delivery or plan activation; if payment is not completed when due, storefront chat may be paused or disabled.

Refunds are governed by the Refund Policy. Setup fees are generally non-refundable after delivery/activation and trial start, except where required by law.
